extremely old pipe work servicing bar amenities were continually blocking up
pipe work contained multiple fractures and joint break down
previous works had damaged pipe work further, with cleaning rods jammed into pipe work
limited access to job and had to work around kitchen opening times.

Solution

works arranged around opening and closing times with repairs carried out after hours
no disruption to kitchen or bar area
repair undertaken with only one toilet area shut down for three hours
installation of a seven metre continuous liner covering all fractures and dislocation
no mess during repair or preparation.
